Artswork empowers children and young people through creativity to find their voice, become skilled leaders and achieve their aspirations. They are now looking to appoint a part-time Education Development Manager (EDM), to support the strategic development of engagement with schools, supporting the delivery of their Bridge Role. Joining a coordinated team of four EDMs, the postholder will have particular geographical responsibility for Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove (SEWS).
As part of their South East Bridge team, the postholder will help to deliver Artswork’s Schools Leadership and Engagement Strategy, contributing to the delivery of targets and key performance indicators relating to education, including Artsmark and Arts Award.
