I Speak Music Next Generation is a funded programme from Youth Music supporting wellbeing, musical skills and understanding and friendship between children of all cultural backgrounds, including those from displaced backgrounds.
The World in Music vocal and percussion ensemble embraces western and non-western music traditions. Learn about unfamiliar cultures, make friends and create amazing music together! The age range for participants is 8-16 years old. No previous musical experience is necessary and all skill levels are welcomed.

As an inclusive ensemble, we are especially excited to welcome students from diverse backgrounds and those who have English as a second or other language to this group, as well as local Surrey peers. We are also particularly excited to meet young people from vulnerable backgrounds, those who are young carers and are from care experienced backgrounds.
* please be aware we are currently in receipt of Youth Music funding which allows us to offer the first term of this ensemble free. From January 2025, subject to confirmation, fees will be introduced in line with other Surrey Arts Ensembles.
